Bay Area Motorhome and Fleet

Our 2003 Southwind motor home failed us in the desert and we were spooked. Just died going down the freeway. Wait a little bit and it would restart. We limped home and found Aled motor home repair. They found the problem, fixed it, and discovered the next item to fail was brake related. Fixed that too. The brakes have never work so well. Thank You Jed, Mike, and Neil for the great job.

I have a 24 month 24,000 mile guarantee. lets see if I have to use it. In the mean time I'm happy with the work. The airconditionair works very well.

Jed was easy to deal with for our brake and lamp inspection and got us in right away. They are the only location in Petaluma, that I am aware of, that offers this service for commercial vehicles.

Jed was very helpful and their work was great. Brought my RV in at 8 and camping by 1! Thanks for saving the 4th of July! Love the online appointment tool! I will be back soon I'm sure.

While en route from Placerville, California to Santa Rosa, California the check engine light on our coach came on, shortly after fueling in west Sacramento. Because I had noticed a bit of looseness in the gas cap, I suspected that this was the cause. As soon as I was able to stop in the heavy traffic, I re-tightened the gas cap and we proceeded to Santa Rosa. Because the light was still illuminated, I decided to see if I could find a qualified repair facility in the area--a bit of internet searching revealed that Aled Motorhome and Fleet in Petaluma was a Workhorse dealer that had very high ratings. The next morning, I called them on the phone as soon as they opened and they said that they could deal with the issue once I arrived. Because my coach was soon to be due for routine service, I asked if it would be possible to accomplish that as well. They said that they would break one of their technicians away to deal with my issues and I told them that I would arrive sometime mid-morning. About halfway to Petaluma the check engine light went out, perhaps due to the gas cap having been re-tightened. We proceeded anyway because I wanted to make certain that nothing serious was wrong, and I wanted to have the servicing accomplished. As soon as we arrived, around 1000, they provided a new gas cap that seals tightly; also, even before we completed unhooking our jeep, a technician was under the coach beginning the servicing. We decided to find a Starbucks and then take our dog to a dog park; we were told to return about 1130. When we did return, the servicing of the coach had been completed. I decided to take advantage of their skills to have them adjust the headlights of our 1992 Jeep Wrangler, that had been bothering me when driving at night. This they accomplished very quickly and we were on our way by about 1230. I was very impressed by the way they gladly and quickly accommodated our needs on such short notice; I was prepared to have to make an appointment for another day and to stay in the area. This was not necessary and we were able to continue on our trip with only a short delay. I can heartily recommend Aled for their prompt, high quality, work at very reasonable cost.

After 3 months of frustration and $2,000 with another mechanic who said we need a new engine, you fixed our vehicle in 2 hours for less than $200!
