Everything was great, except we wondered why no one called us as head reapriman said he did not have the key to open up the front where the generator was and the problem was a relay or switch had tripped in there. The key was on the key ring, in fact two of them just inside of the front door. You all could have called to ask. So we felt that a lot of time was wasted when if called and found the key it might have been taken care of way sooner. Thus saving us on the bill for time.If necessary we would have gone down to take it to you or find it for you.

Service and followup was excellent as usual. Look forward to Paul's Tundra outing on Thursday 09-22-2011.

I had to be towed to Aled because of catastrophic brake failure while on vacation. Turned out there was a recall on the brake system. I was met by a very friendly and helpful service manager who made me feel very much at home. They saw to it that all necessary documentation was submitted to Workhorse to assure full coverage for the damage to my braking system. That took until the next day to accomplish, so they ran an extension cord out to my RV so that I could stay in it overnight, saving me a motel bill. The friendly mechanic did a great job with the repairs. They could have charged me for a new ABS sensor that a mouse apparently had knawed through, but successfully spliced it, saving me easily a couple hundred dollars. I highly recommend them for any repairs that you may have.

As always, my experience with Aled Auto is wonderful. John is always friendly, and efficient. Staff is knowledgable and helpful. Service work is impeccable and I am always confident that the work performed is top notch and I drive away knowing that what I paid for was done and I feel safe knowing that Aled worked on my car!
