Quick diagnostics and no added on charges. Price was less than quoted. I'll be back if something else in the motorhome needs work.

I had an electrical problem that had been giving me problems for more than a year. I had my motorhome to other shops but they never could find the problem. ALED found and fixed the problem in just a few hours. I couldn't be happier. A small shop that offers great service.

The coach electrical system (not chassis related) died on my 2011 Coachmen Concord on the way from Florida to Petaluma, California somewhere between Albuquerque, NM and Petaluma. We were "boondocking" along the way and spent our last night along I-5 "boondocking in the dark". It really wasn't a bad night, just a bit warm in August to not have a fan running. I found ALED via an internet search, along with several other RV service centers in and around Petaluma, and ALED has the best customer reviews. Customer reviews for some of the others were scarry. So I gave them a call Friday morning and Jeb set me up to have a look at our RV as soon as we could arrive. Jeb assigned Neil to service our RV, and Neil took excellent care of us. Neil used his well grounded knowledge and experience to locate the problems (broken Shore Power Switch, and a loose wire between the Gen-Set and Coach electrical system). The only down-side was ALED needed to order the switch (none in stock or locally available) and was too late to get it overnited by Monday. So, by Tuesday we were all back to normal and happy. Only complaint is not with ALED but our warrantee/service plan. While ALED worked well with the plan rep, the plan didn't cover the repair cost. Jeb was kind and allowed a discount on the trouble shooting hours, for which I thank him very much. Moral of the story, take a good hard look at your warrantee/service plan. I may cancel mine and take a look around for something better.

Caught with a bad fuel pump during our motor home travels, we contacted Aled since they were WorkHorse servce center rated. They ascertained part availability AND ordered the part. Gave an estimate by phone of costs and time. Aled fit us into their schedule for the next morning. We got towed there by CoachNet a little late. Aleds' crew were all set up for our arrival and guided the tow into their work site. Work started that day and and was completed by mid day following. We were provided with electricity for the night as well as internet

Our 2003 Southwind motor home failed us in the desert and we were spooked. Just died going down the freeway. Wait a little bit and it would restart. We limped home and found Aled motor home repair. They found the problem, fixed it, and discovered the next item to fail was brake related. Fixed that too. The brakes have never work so well. Thank You Jed, Mike, and Neil for the great job.
