The coach electrical system (not chassis related) died on my 2011 Coachmen Concord on the way from Florida to Petaluma, California somewhere between Albuquerque, NM and Petaluma. We were "boondocking" along the way and spent our last night along I-5 "boondocking in the dark". It really wasn't a bad night, just a bit warm in August to not have a fan running. I found ALED via an internet search, along with several other RV service centers in and around Petaluma, and ALED has the best customer reviews. Customer reviews for some of the others were scarry. So I gave them a call Friday morning and Jeb set me up to have a look at our RV as soon as we could arrive. Jeb assigned Neil to service our RV, and Neil took excellent care of us. Neil used his well grounded knowledge and experience to locate the problems (broken Shore Power Switch, and a loose wire between the Gen-Set and Coach electrical system). The only down-side was ALED needed to order the switch (none in stock or locally available) and was too late to get it overnited by Monday. So, by Tuesday we were all back to normal and happy. Only complaint is not with ALED but our warrantee/service plan. While ALED worked well with the plan rep, the plan didn't cover the repair cost. Jeb was kind and allowed a discount on the trouble shooting hours, for which I thank him very much. Moral of the story, take a good hard look at your warrantee/service plan. I may cancel mine and take a look around for something better.
