**10 STARS IF I COULD** My first visit here. What an awesome business. This is exactly the way a customer based business should run. Very hard to find anyone that will work on Motorhomes (internal/chassis) in Marin/ North Bay. But these guys nailed it for me. Mike runs things professionally. He worked directly with my extended warranty provider, and did everything I asked to be done. The tech's are first rate and know their stuff. Not my first rodeo with (fifth coach) Motorhomes and service and sometimes the outcome is frustration and anger and the big bucks spent. Will not happen here. Will be back and recommended to any that listen! They do get it right the first time!

We were referred to ALED RV Service by the Chevy dealer in Santa Rosa for a hard starting and service engine light on problem. We called ALED and spoke to Mike about our problem. He diagnosed the problem and suggested a possible repair I might do as they were swamped with work. I did the repair and traveled north to see the Redwoods and the problem came back. We talked to Mike again and he worked us in to try and solve the problem. Their technician worked on the issues and found two problems throwing the same codes. Had things fixed in less than three hours including an oil change. We are from Kansas City, Missouri and drive an 2001 Dutchman Class C rv. Don and Mike and their Technician were simply fantastic in helping solve our problem. You will not find a better place for RV Service. Thank you all so much!

Mike is the best, I currently have my 90 Kodiak truck there and they did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and friendly, there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They got my truck in and out fast and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or that the prices were to high. Mike is honest and has integrity. When I brought my RV in, he priced his work fairly and got the parts at a fair price. His technicians are competent, and although there was some initial confusion with what needed to be done, I would go to Aled again.

I just purchased a 2014 RV and had a few issues after my first time out. Mike & Neil trouble shot the problems for me and figured out what was going on. Mike dealt with the manufacturer of the RV and my warranty company. . These guys are top notch. Very professional and honest. I was very happy to find a local certified RV service repair shop. Mike and his staff are outstanding. I had my 2000 Cherokee and 2000 Fleetwood motorhome in there last month to weld a generator exhaust pipe and wire up a supplemental brake system on both vehicles. The work was done professionally and meticulously. Moreover, Mike was very gracious in accommodating my needs as I was in from out of town and basically stranded there while my vehicles were being worked on. I highly recommend this facility.

ALED Motorhome and Fleet have taken care of my motorhome (repairs and maintenance service) since May, 2009. The latest maintenance/service appointment was 1/13/2016. As always, Mike Stauber was very thorough in ensuring that all safety and service points were covered. Neil does the service/repair on my motorhome whenever I take it to ALED. He is very knowledgeable, neat, and careful while performing his work. I would not hesitate to recommend ALED to family and friends.

Mike was very thorough in explaining to me what they do and approximately how much it would cost. Something that I truly appreciated as a woman was that I wasn't "talked down" to and wasn't pressured into replacing things that could go for a while. Mike told me what shape some of my parts were in and how much it would cost for me to replace them. Then he left the decision up to me.
